|2 pounds||New potatoes|
|1 can||Butter beans - (15 oz); drained|
|1 can||Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz); cubed|
|1½ cup||Frozen whole kernel corn; thawed, drained|
|½ cup||Sliced green onion|
|¾ cup||Reduced-calorie olive oil vinaigrette|
|\N \N||Salad dressing|
In large saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling water 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Cut into quarters.
In large bowl, combine beans, potatoes, Spam, corn, and green onion. Toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
