Ingredients

| 3 | pounds | Potatoes |
| 2 | cans | Spam (12 oz.) |
| 6 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 3 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | Brick cheddar cheese | |
Directions
Boil and cube potatoes. Cube Spam. Layer in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour until brown and frothy. Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Blend in cheese until melted. Pour over Spam-n-potatoes and warm in microwave or oven.
