¼ cup | Yellow corn meal |

¾ cup | Boiling water |
1½ pounds | Lean ground beef |

In large bowl, mix tomato bits, corn meal, garlic and water, set aside 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix with hands to blend thoroughly. In shallow baking pan or dish form a loaf with meat mixture. Sprinkle with small amt. of corn meal Bake 375 F. for 1 hr or until juices run clear. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
