|1 \N||Stick butter|
|2½ \N||All purpose flour|
|½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|1 cup||Roasted pecans|
The following recipes were taken from The Current. It's a monthly publication in our county.
Roast pecans at 250 for about 10 minutes. Cool and chop. Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add flour and baking soda, mixing well. Add vanilla, vinegar and pecans. Roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 350 about 10 minutes.
