South sea salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Mixed salad greens
2 cups Fresh hulled strawberries
\N \N (halved)
2 cans Pineapple chunks, drained 3 cups peeled and sliced
\N \N Kiwi fruit
½ cup Chopped red onion
¾ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Poppy seeds
2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
½ teaspoon Salt

FOR THE SALAD

FOR THE DRESSING

Combine all salad greens, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi fruit and onions in a large bowl. Chill.

Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a blender and blend until thick. Cover and chill until serving time.
