Easy seafood salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Salad Shrimp; Cooked
1 cup Crab Or Flaked Mock Crab
½ cup Celery; Chopped
¼ cup Pimento; Chopped
2 tablespoons Onion; Minced
1 cup Green Peas; Thawed
½ cup Thousand Island Salad Dressing; Reduced Fat
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Marjoram
¼ cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt

Combine shrimp, crab, celery, pimento, onion and pepper in a serving bowl.

In shaker container, mix salad dressing, lemon juice, pepper, marjoram and yogurt. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve. Yield 4 servings (1 cup).
