Sea foam salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Can of pears
1 pack Lime Jello
2 smalls Packages of cream cheese
2 teaspoons Cream
1 cup Whipping cream, whipped

Heat 1 cup of pear juice and pour over 1 package of lime Jello. Stir until dissolved. While hot, add 2 small packages of cream cheese, which has been mashed with 2 teaspoons of cream. When cool and thick, add mashed pears and 1 cup of cream which has been whipped.
