From the sea salad

500gramsMarinated mussels, drained
1smallOnion, sliced
2Stalks celery
1largeLemon, grated rind and juice of
2Cloves garlic, crushed
¼cupChopped parsley
½teaspoonDried basil
3tablespoonsSalad oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

LEMON DRESSING

Cook the pasta according to directions on the pack. Meanwhile, drain the mussels and chop. Soak onions in icy water. String and slice celery. To make the dressing combine lemon rind and juice, garlic, parsley, basil, oil, salt and pepper. Spoon through the hot pasta with the mussels and onion.
