English toasted bread - sourdough abm

| ½ | cup | Sourdough starter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Canola oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Honey |
| 1 | pack | Active dry yeast |
| 3 | cups | Bread flour |
| 3 | tablespoons | Dry milk |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Sea salt |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ⅞ | cup | Warm water |
| ¾ | cup | Sourdough starter |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Canola oil |
| 2 | teaspoons | Honey |
Directions
1 POUND LOAF
1-½ POUND LOAF
In a small cup combine warm water and baking soda and set aside for 5 minutes. Add dry ingredients to machine and then wet ingredients, including baking soda-water mixture. Start machine using whole wheat mode.
