Sour cream surprise (frozen)

| 1 | can | (17 oz.) fruit cocktail |
| 2 | cups | Sour cream |
| 3 | cups | Miniature marshmallows |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| drop | Or two red food coloring | |
Directions
Drain fruit cocktail thoroughly and place about ½ cup in bottom of 5-cup mold. Add all the remaining ingredients and freeze.
