1 teaspoon | Coriander leaves finely chopped |

2 tablespoons | Cornflakes |
2 \N | Pinches pepper powder |
½ teaspoon | Sugar ground |
¼ teaspoon | Vinegar white |

Mix all ingredients, except toast, or cornflakes or puffed rice.
Just before serving toss in the flakes, etc.
Serve with hot steaming rice and curds or with hot phulka (refer rotis..) Alternatively,
Sandwich between two slices of buttered bread or bun and grill till soft.
Serve hot with sauce.
