Sour cream stuffing for fish

½cupOnion, chopped
¼cupButter/margarine, melted
4cupsBread crumbs, dried
½cupSour cream
¼cupLemon, diced, peeled
2tablespoonsLemon rind, grated
1teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
