Sour cream stuffing for fish

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Celery, chopped | 
| ½ | cup | Onion, chopped | 
| ¼ | cup | Butter/margarine, melted | 
| 4 | cups | Bread crumbs, dried | 
| ½ | cup | Sour cream | 
| ¼ | cup | Lemon, diced, peeled | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon rind, grated | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
Directions
Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
