Sour cream stuffing for fish

½ | cup | Onion, chopped |
¼ | cup | Butter/margarine, melted |
4 | cups | Bread crumbs, dried |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
¼ | cup | Lemon, diced, peeled |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon rind, grated |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
