Simple stuffed flounder

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Flounder
6 ounces Crabmeat
½ cup Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons Melted butter
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N THICK WHITE SAUCE

Mix crabmeat, buttered crumbs, salt & pepper in a bowl. Lay fish flat.

Spread mixture on top, then roll like a jelly roll. Place fish in shallow baking dish lined with butter, then pour white sauce over fish. Cover & bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. This dish may be prepared in individual baking dishes & served from oven to plate.
