|2 pounds||Fillet catfish; or four large|
|16 ounces||Cream cheese|
|¼ teaspoon||Dry parsley|
|¼ teaspoon||Red pepper|
|1 cup||Green onions|
|1 cup||Onion tops|
|1 pounds||Crawfish tails0|
1. Preheat broiler to 500 degrees F.
2. Season fillets to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etcup). Broil at 500 degrees F on pan lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray until golden brown.
3. Melt butter in skillet, add green onions. Saute 5 min. Add crawfish and simmer for 10 min.
4. Melt cream cheese in crawfish mix and cook until bubbly (approximately 5 min.) Add other seasonings. Spoon over catfish fillet and serve.
