Sour cream belgian waffles #2

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup All purpose flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
2 Eggs; separated
1 cup Sour cream
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Butter; melted

Mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the egg whites into the batter using a spoon. Bake according to waffle iron instructions. Serve with maple syrup.
