Low fat belgian waffles

Measure Ingredient
4 Egg whites
1 cup Unbleached flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1¼ cup Skim milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Bran

Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine flour, baking powder, milk, bran, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Fold flour mixture into egg whites, being careful not to break down the air bubbles. Spoon mixture into a preheated waffle iron and bake until done. Serve with fruit sauces.
