Belgian waffle

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Milk
½ cup Egg subsitute
2 teaspoons Vanilla
½ cup Whipped topping
6 cups Chocolate fat-free frozen - dessert
\N \N Sliced strawberries -- (optional)

Preheat waffle iron. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. stir in milk, egg and vanilla just until blended. Pour ¾ cup batter into waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers directions.

Remove waffle from waffle iron. Scoop ½ cup frozen dessert onto waffle and top with 2 teaspoons whipped topping. Add strawberries if desired.

Repeat with remaining batter. Makes 12 servings.
