Sorbet with vodka-marinated plums

| 2 | Plums; sliced | |
| ¼ | cup | Chilled vodka |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Grated lemon peel |
| Pineapple or lemon sorbet | ||
Directions
Combine first four ingredients in bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Refrigerate plum mixture at least 20 minutes.
Spoon sorbet into balloon glasses. Top with plums and marinating liquid.
2 servings; can be doubled or tripled.
