Somers point salsa salad for 4

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Calamari |
| 4 | ounces | Marinated artichoke hearts |
| 1 | Head Bibb lettuce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Black olives, sliced |
| 1 | cup | Salsa |
| 4 | Sprigs cilantro | |
Directions
Slice onion and calamari. Microwave on HIGH, covered, about 3 minutes until squid turns opaque. Mix with marinated artichoke hearts and chill. At serving time, divide lettuce among 4 bowls, top with calamari mix, salsa, black olives and cilantro sprigs. Serve with piping hot cornbread.
