Salsa salad

Ingredients

2cupsFinely chopped fresh tomatoes
cupChopped onions
½cupChopped peppers (green)
1tablespoonParsley
½teaspoonSeason salt
½teaspoonGarlic flakes
¼teaspoonOregano
1/16teaspoonCayenne pepper, or red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

salt to taste shredded lettuce

Combine the tomato, onion and peppers together with the spices.

Chill to allow the flavours to combine. Spoon Salsa over shredded lettuce. Salsa can be made the night before.
