Yield: 6 Servings
|3 \N||Stalks green onions|
|1 teaspoon||Wasabi (optional)|
Prepare dashi. Boil somen. Wash well and drain. Keep somen covered to keep it soft and moist. Grate daikon. Add wasabi and mix.
Heat and grind sesame seeds. Chop green onions. Serve dashi in individual bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and daikon.
Dip somen in dashi and eat.
