Smokey meatballs

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
½ cup Fine cracker crumbs
1 Egg
¼ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Salad oil
1 Bottle (18-oz) smoky style barbecue sauce
1 cup Cold water

Mix lightly all ingredients except oil, barbecue sauce & water. Shape into meatballs about the size of walnuts and brown on all sides in hot oil. Mix barbecue sauce & water, place meatballs into sauce & simmer for 15 minutes.
