|2 teaspoons||Liquid hickory smoke|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon juice|
|3 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
Combine all ingredients except fillets in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Coat broiling pan with a shortening spray. Place catfish in pan and coat both sides with mixture. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
