Pepper catfish

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Catfish fillets or 1 lb. nuggets
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 \N Cloves garlic; crushed
8 \N Whole peppercorns; crushed
1 tablespoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Brown sugar


Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over fillets; cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes; up to 4 hours. Grill over medium flame about 5 minutes per side. May also be broiled.
