Sloppy toms

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Oil
1 \N Onion; chopped
½ \N Green bell pepper
½ cup Water
1 \N Stalk celery
1 cup Soy beans; chopped
½ cup Ketchup
⅛ cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Saute onions, pepper and celery in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve on buns.
