Sloppy beans

Ingredients

¼cupChopped onion
¼cupChopped green pepper
2cupsCanned kidney beans, drained
2tablespoonsKetchup
½teaspoonMustard
¾cupFF cottage cheese
¼cupFF sour cream
Hamburger buns or toast

Directions

Saute by whatever means the onion and green pepper until soft. Add the beans, mashing gently, and cook a further 2-3 minutes. Add the ketchup and mustard.
