|1||600 gram pac lamb riblets|
|2 tablespoons||Smooth Dijon mustard|
|2 tablespoons||Grainy mustard|
|1||15 grams pac fresh thyme; finely chopped|
|6 tablespoons||Olive oil|
Place the riblets in a non-metallic dish.
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour/brush over. Leave to marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Preheat a grill to a moderate heat and cook for 15-18 minutes. Serve immediately with a salad.
