Joyce's casserole

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
1 tablespoon Oil
1 can Cream mushroom soup
10 ounces Frozen mixed vegetables
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
\N \N Pepper to taste
1 cup Onion, chopped
2 cups Celery, sliced
¾ cup Water
2 cups Cooked rice
1 teaspoon Salt
3 \N Ox chow mein noodles

Brown beef and onions in oil. Cook mixed vegetables in ¾ cup water for 10 minutes. Mix meat, onions, mixed vegetables, liquid, soup, rice, seasonings and noodles in 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave 10 minutes on reheat.
