Skinny macaroni salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Peeled & chopped Tomatoes
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Minced red onions
2 teaspoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Minced fresh basil
⅛ teaspoon Grnd blk pepper
2 Cloves garlic minced
2 cups Cooked penne, elbows or etc.

combine all ingred excpt pasta in glass bowl. Cover & let stand at room temp. for 1 hour. Just before serving fold in the pasta.
