Skinny macaroni and cheese

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Macaroni or other pastas, cooked
6 ounces Low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup Skim milk
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Mustard powder
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Alanna was asking for diabetic recipes and I just found one that sounds easy and good from the Prevention Magazine.

Coat a l-½ quart oven casserole with nonstick spray. Add the macaroni and remaining ingredients. Mix well and smooth the top. Bake at 350 until top is browned, about 40 minutes.
