Skillet spiced apples

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Ground cloves
4 mediums Cooking apples; peeled, cored, and sliced into wedges
2 tablespoons Orange marmalade

Combine vegetable oil and cloves in a medium bowl; add apples, stirring well to coat slices. Fry apples, covered, in a large skillet over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cover; stir in marmalade and continue cooking, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
