Skillet barbecued steaks

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Minute steaks -- (cubed
\N \N Round
\N \N Steak) -- 1/4 lb each
1 cup Plain tomato sauce -- check
\N \N Label for no added oil
½ cup Green pepper -- chopped
¼ cup Pineapple juice --
\N \N Unsweetened
2 tablespoons Onion -- instant minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
