Skillet barbecued steaks

1cupPlain tomato sauce -- check
Label for no added oil
½cupGreen pepper -- chopped
¼cupPineapple juice --
Unsweetened
2tablespoonsOnion -- instant minced
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonPrepared mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
