Broiled skewered lamb

Ingredients

| 4 | Mushrooms, halved | |
| 4 | Pearl Onions | |
| 1 | medium | Green Bell Pepper, cut up |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic, minced |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Thyme |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Savory |
| ½ | cup | Red Wine |
Directions
Trim excess fat from lamb; cut into 1" cubes. Combine lamb, mushrooms, and bell pepper in a large shallw dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over lamb mixture, and stir to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Thread lamb, mushrooms onion and bell pepper onto 4 metal skewers. Broil 4-6" from heat 12-16 minutes or until browned, turning and basting frequently with marinde.
