Simple seafood subs

| 43 | grams | Crab surimi seafood chunks |
| 2 | tablespoons | Nonfat mayonnaise |
| ½ | ounce | Celery -- chopped |
| ½ | ounce | Onion -- finely chopped |
| 2 | slices | Light bread |
| ¾ | ounce | Lettuce leaves |
Directions
Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonaise, celery, and onion.
Serve on bread with lettuce.
