43 | grams | Crab surimi seafood chunks |
2 | tablespoons | Nonfat mayonnaise |
½ | ounce | Celery -- chopped |
½ | ounce | Onion -- finely chopped |
2 | slices | Light bread |
¾ | ounce | Lettuce leaves |
Directions
Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonaise, celery, and onion.
Serve on bread with lettuce.
