Simple seafood subs

2tablespoonsNonfat mayonnaise
½ounceCelery -- chopped
½ounceOnion -- finely chopped
2slicesLight bread
¾ounceLettuce leaves

Directions

Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonaise, celery, and onion.

Serve on bread with lettuce.
