Mini submarine sandwiches

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 teaspoons Mayonnaise or salad dressing
8 Hot dog buns, split
3 ounces (4 slices) American cheese, cut in half
4 ounces Thinly sliced salami, cut in half
4 ounces Thinly sliced cooked turkey, cut in half
1 cup Shredded lettuce

Spread ½ teaspoon mayonnaise on each cut surface of each bun. Layer ⅛ of cheese, salami, turkey, and lettuce on bottom half of each bun. Top each with other half of bun.
