Superb submarine sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
2 1-lb loaves French bread
3 ounces Package cream cheese; soft
⅔ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Chopped chives
8 slices Cooked ham
8 slices Salami
8 slices Pickle and pimiento loaf
8 slices Summer sausage
4 cups Torn romaine or iceberg
1 medium Tomato, chopped and drained
⅓ cup Sliced pimiento-stuffed oliv
2 tablespoons Commercial italian
Salad dressing

Cut bread loaves into quarters crosswise; split each quarter horizontally. Set bread aside.Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chives; stir well. Spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on inside cut surface of each piece of bread. Fold the meat slices in half; arrange 1 folded slice of each type of meat on bread bottoms; set aside.Combine lettuce, tomato, olives, and Italian dressing; toss gently. Spoon salad mixture over meat slices; cover with bread tops.
