|3 ounces||Package cream cheese; soft|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped chives|
|8 slices||Cooked ham|
|8 slices||Pickle and pimiento loaf|
|8 slices||Summer sausage|
|4 cups||Torn romaine or iceberg|
|1 medium||Tomato, chopped and drained|
|⅓ cup||Sliced pimiento-stuffed oliv|
|2 tablespoons||Commercial italian|
Cut bread loaves into quarters crosswise; split each quarter horizontally. Set bread aside.Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chives; stir well. Spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on inside cut surface of each piece of bread. Fold the meat slices in half; arrange 1 folded slice of each type of meat on bread bottoms; set aside.Combine lettuce, tomato, olives, and Italian dressing; toss gently. Spoon salad mixture over meat slices; cover with bread tops.
