Shrimp salad for a crowd

Ingredients

| 2 | 3oz pkgs cherry jello | |
| 4 | cups | Tomato juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 2 | 7 5oz cans chopped or broken | |
| Shrimp | ||
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| ½ | cup | Grated carrots |
| Onion salt | ||
Directions
Dissolve the jello with hot tomato juice. Stir until no crystals remain. Add veinger. Cool. When half set, add the shrimp, celery, carrots and a little onion salt. Refrigerate until completely set, overnight.
