Macaroni salad for a crowd

Ingredients

8cupsUncooked macaroni
12cupsCubed cooked turkey or ham
2cupsGrated cheese
2cupsChopped celery
2cupsGrated carrots
cupChopped onions
cupMayonnaise or salad
Dressing
1cupVinegar
¾cupLemon juice
cupSweet pickle juice
¾teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsPepper

Directions

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain well. Set aside. In large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, meat, cheese and vegetables. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to coat well.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Salad is best, when made the same day as being served. This will last 2-3 days.
