Macaroni salad for a crowd

Ingredients

8 | cups | Uncooked macaroni |
12 | cups | Cubed cooked turkey or ham |
2 | cups | Grated cheese |
2 | cups | Chopped celery |
2 | cups | Grated carrots |
2½ | cup | Chopped onions |
2½ | cup | Mayonnaise or salad |
Dressing | ||
1 | cup | Vinegar |
¾ | cup | Lemon juice |
2½ | cup | Sweet pickle juice |
¾ | teaspoon | Paprika |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | teaspoons | Pepper |
Directions
Cook macaroni, rinse and drain well. Set aside. In large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, meat, cheese and vegetables. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to coat well.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Salad is best, when made the same day as being served. This will last 2-3 days.
