Shrimp salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp, cleaned
½ Lemon, juiced
1 cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Capers
¼ cup Chopped green peppers
¼ cup French dressing
½ cup Mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Lettuce

Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Mix well. To serve, line salad bowl with lettuce leaves; pile shrimp salad on top.
