Shrimp salad

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Shrimp, cleaned |
| ½ | Lemon, juiced | |
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| 2 | tablespoons | Capers |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped green peppers |
| ¼ | cup | French dressing |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Lettuce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Mix well. To serve, line salad bowl with lettuce leaves; pile shrimp salad on top.
