Shrimp salad #2

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp
1 cup Chopped celery
½ cup Chopped sweet pickles
½ cup Chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Olives
Tomatoes

Clean, cook & thoroughly chill shrimp. Add celery, pickles, green pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with olives and tomatoes. Serves 3.
