Spicy shrimp salad

1smallOnion, thinly sliced (about
1/4 cup)
1Avocado, peeled, seeded and
Sliced
¾cupExtra mild picante sauce
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Toss shrimp, tomatoes, celery, onion, avocado and picante sauce until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce.

Serve with additional picante sauce. Serves 4.
