Shrimp or oysters brochette

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each Stick of butter
2 eaches Cloves of garlic
1 each Juice of lemon
½ each Bacon for each shrimp

Heat lemon juice, butter an garlic to boiling. Put ½ slice of bacon around each shrimp. Salt and pepper (red) to taste. Broil 15-20 minutes Turn once.
