Oysters brochette

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (8 oz) oysters
6 slices Bacon
1 \N Box round toothpicks

Drain oysters, discarding liquid. Cut bacon into smaller slices, sufficient to just wrap whole oysters, skewering with toothpicks. Place under broiler with a medium flame (about 350°) until bacon is cooked. Serve as hors d'oeuvre.
