Drained
4eachesCherry tomatoes
4eaches1-1/2\" pieces of bacon
4eachesMushroom caps

Directions

In a skillet fry strips of thick-sliced bacon until almost crisp.

Remove bacon and reserve bacon drippings. Combine, in an oven proof container:

Place ingredients in container and cover with sauce and bacon pieces (1-½") Place in 375 degree oven and cook until oysters curl and are hot throughout about 15 minutes. Remove container from oven and spoon sauce and ingredients over toasted French bread. Garnish with chopped spinach.
