Shrimp appetizer crescents

Ingredients

| 250 | grams | Cream cheese; softened |
| ⅓ | cup | Parmesan cheese; grated |
| 1 | tablespoon | Milk |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion salt |
| 1 | cup | Canned small shrimp; finely chopped |
| 2 | cans | Refrigerated crescent dinner rolls; 235 grams each |
| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Water |
Directions
Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and onion salt; mix well. Fold in shrimp. Seperate dough into eight rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Divide cheese mixture between the rectangles; spread to cover. Cut each rectangle crosswise into six triangles; roll as directed on package.
Place on greased cookie sheet; brush with egg and water mixture. Bake at 375F degrees for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 4 dozen.
May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, but brush with egg and water just before baking.
