Shish kabob flambe

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Oregano
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Coriander
½ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
1 pinch Ginger
1 cup Sherry
⅓ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2¼ pounds Lamb (cut in 1 1/2\" cubes)
⅓ cup Brandy

Blend all seasonings with sherry, oil & juice in mixing bowl. Add meat cubes. Marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. Place meat on skewers.

Leave small gaps between each piece. Broil 3 minutes on each side.

Place skewers on platter when cooked. Pour brandy over. Ignite carefully. Serve while flaming. File
