Grilled shish kabobs

pounds Boneless tender beef 1\"

2 larges Bell peppers
cup Teriyaki baste & glaze
1 teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
8 10\" metal skewers

Cut beef into 1" cubes & each bell pepper into 16 pieces. Combine teriyaki, onion powder, ginger, chili powder & pepper sauce; remove ⅓ cup mix & pour over beef & peppers in bowl, tossing to coat.

Thread beef & peppers alternately on skewers, leaving space between pieces. Cook skewers on grill 5" from hot coals 4 minutes on each side (for rare), or to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mix.
