|½ pounds||Brick cheese, cut in half horizontally|
|1 each||Egg, beaten|
|⅔ cup||Dry bread crumbs|
|2 teaspoons||Caraway seeds|
|2 tablespoons||Brandy, heated|
|½ each||Fresh lemon|
Dip the cheese into the egg and coat with bread crumbs that have been mixed with caraway seeds. Melt the butter in a frying pan and sear the cheese until brown on all sides. Place cheese on a very hot ceramic dish, pour brandy over top and ignite. Squeeze the lemon over the flaming cheese to extinquish. Serve with cocktail bread squares.
