Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Brick cheese, cut in half horizontally |
| 1 | each | Egg, beaten |
| ⅔ | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
| 2 | teaspoons | Caraway seeds |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brandy, heated |
| ½ | each | Fresh lemon |
Directions
Dip the cheese into the egg and coat with bread crumbs that have been mixed with caraway seeds. Melt the butter in a frying pan and sear the cheese until brown on all sides. Place cheese on a very hot ceramic dish, pour brandy over top and ignite. Squeeze the lemon over the flaming cheese to extinquish. Serve with cocktail bread squares.
