Oriental shish kabobs

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Chuck roast |
| 5 | Cloves garlic | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Accent |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Crushed dry parsley |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| 2 | Green onions | |
Directions
Cut roast into 1-inch cubes. Dice green onions in ¼-inch pieces. Crush garlic cloves & mix all ingredients together, adding meat cubes last.
Marinate 2-3 hours. Put meat cubes on skewers & cook over hot fire in a charcoal grill.
