Oriental shish kabobs

2 | pounds | Chuck roast |
5 | \N | Cloves garlic |
½ | teaspoon | Accent |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
3 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
1 | tablespoon | Crushed dry parsley |
¼ | cup | Water |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
2 | \N | Green onions |
Cut roast into 1-inch cubes. Dice green onions in ¼-inch pieces. Crush garlic cloves & mix all ingredients together, adding meat cubes last.
Marinate 2-3 hours. Put meat cubes on skewers & cook over hot fire in a charcoal grill.
