Iranian shish kebab

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Lamb
1 cup Olive oil
⅓ cup Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Yogurt
½ Eggplant
1 Green pepper
1 Onions
2 servings

Cut lamb in cubes and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and yogurt for 2 to 24 hours. Alternate on skewers eggplant, green pepper, and onions. Cook rare.
